If you want to enter a plea of NOT GUILTY, you must appear on the court date stated on your ticket. Once you enter a plea of NOT GUILTY, you will then be scheduled a trial date to contest your ticket.

All payments must be made in the form of a money order made out to GAS CITY COURT. The court does not accept personal checks, cash, or credit cards. Fines must be paid in full. No payment plans are offered. Failure to pay will result in suspension of your license and your case will be forwarded to collections. A late fee, and collection fees may be applied.
